That's quick thinking, but it's easier to replace a hood and fenders than the roof of the truck, so I would have cover it first.

I went to cover the aluminum bit and glass. Also, if it was dinged I'd see the hood all the time when driving and it would annoy me more than roof dings. That was the logic going into what little time I had; but valid point on what's easier to fix overall. That's quick thinking, but it's easier to replace a hood and fenders than the roof of the truck, so I would have cover it first.
That’s a good idea for the cottage - lots of trees and plenty of tornado watches these days (hail, branches, other debris).
Well if you want 1000% baseball sized hail protection...That’s a good idea for the cottage - lots of trees and plenty of tornado watches these days (hail, branches, other debris).
The reviews on that one are so-so regarding thickness, but a couple of moving quilts and a decent cover should help when needed. ?
Although, this one seems to be twice as good when it comes to being waterproof…
Very cool, but I think I might need to start a GoFundMe page. ?Well if you want 1000% baseball sized hail protection...
Straight outta Dallas, Yo!Alright STOP ? ! Collaborate and listen !
Hail is coming down like an ice giant pissin'
The Ranger sits outside , unprotected,
Got to find a way to get these dents rejected,
It's a big problem, but yo , I'll solve it ,
Maybe a giant air mattress will help resolve it ?
It's raining ice ice baby...
Sorry...
good choice ?Friggin hail storms! It seems like EVERY summer we have several severe hail storms here in western South Dakota. The hail ranges from marble to grapefruit in size. I have room for 3 of my 4 vehicles in the garage, so this year the 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited will have to be the one that takes the hit. Comprehensive insurance premiums out this way are crazy expensive because of the hail and deer strikes.
