  1. Pinkslip

Got a nice surprise in the mail today from Ford Motor Company. I’ve been paying a little extra each month on the Ranger but hadn’t really thought about it that closely. Set up automatic payments and let it roll. Ended up paying it off 8 months early. It was a zero percent loan so I didn’t really...
  2. Wax on, wax off

Lots of elbow grease this weekend courtesy of Mcguire's. Snapped a couple of cool pics. The Ranger and his "older brother".

  4. California rain

Quite a mess up here in Northern California. We have had almost 4" of rain since midnight here at my house. Even worse up in the foothills. First world problems for me......I had to drain my pool to keep it from overflowing. I'm very fortunate. Other areas have had mudslides (from all the fires)...
  5. Custom engine cover

I'm not entirely pleased as this was my first attempt at Hydro-dipping (and it shows). Here is my engine cover. I'll probably try it again so it's a little clearer and a deeper blue. Started out painting it white and then dipped it followed by clear-coat. Trying to dress up the engine...
  6. Car/Truck shows

Anyone else going to Fabulous Ford's Forever next month? It's the biggest all Ford show on the west coast. They used to have it at Knott's Berry Farm every year. After pausing for COVID they are bringing it back at Irwindale Raceway in Los Angeles. I've gone almost every year for many years...
  7. Ford tattoos

For those of us into ink....show us your car or truck related tats. Lets try to stay away from non-automotive related ink. Creepy skulls, flaming eyeballs etc...lol. I'll go first. I have a few. Haven't come up with anything "Ranger" yet, but working on it.
  8. Mustang birthday

Not sure where to put this thread....Happy 57th birthday to the Ford Mustang. I've had seven Mustangs so far. My current one is a 1966. I wonder if Ford had any idea how popular this car would become. Well done Ford!!!!
  9. Mustang Mach E

Has anyone had a chance to drive the new Mach E yet? My wife saw one in person and and is crazy about them. I am a diehard Mustang fan and would love to put her in one as soon as the Ranger is paid off. Of course I'd want the GT version. 480 HP and 634 ft lbs of torque would eat my 66 pony's...
  10. New to Forum

Hello all. I've been lurking for a bit and finally signed up. Lots of good info here. This is my 3rd ranger and so far I am extremely happy. I just hit 5,000 miles last week. I've always been a Ford man. Grew up in the 70's watching my dad runs his flathead Ford's down the track in Southern...
