Once again itās been over a year since an update but all Iāve been really doing is driving the Ranger (but very little). Iāve had the truck 3.5 years and I have about 39,500km (24,500 miles) on it currently.

I had to put rear brake rotors on the truck due to warpage/rust. Waited 6 months for Ford to get stock to replace under warranty and finally just put a pair on myself. I should have done it much sooner!

I think it likely depends on the dealer and your relationship with them. I just have the basic warranty and they covered it but if it happens again it's on me.

Hope there was more to it then that, they did reference a TSB that matches the original code and that a PCM update is required. I've never heard anything bad about this dealership so will give them another shot!
