Just upgraded my 2020 XLT Sport 301A to a 2021 XLT Tremor 301A. A few observations I've made so far.

The ride and body control is a night and day difference. I had a non FX4 XLT with 301A package and it swayed and bounced quite a bit. The tremor suspension basically solves that problem. The truck just feels a lot more stable and solid even at high speed on pavement, and the steering is noticeably heavier.

The vinyl/suede seats are really nice to look at and comfortable and the suede inserts carry through to the back seats. I noticed a Lariat Tremor at my dealer and the suede inserts were only on the front seats.

A few little changes I've noticed, and I'm not sure if this is a model year difference or is specific to the tremor package:

-Gear position indicators on console no longer illuminate
-No power folding mirrors
-Glovebox is no longer damped
-Front seat headrests no longer adjust forward and backward
-The interior trim on dash, doors, and steering wheel changed from silver to matte black.

These are the things I've noticed so far but Im happy to answer any questions!

Woah, I didn't know they were adjustable at some point. My 2021 XLT (302A) also does not, and I thought that was always the case. I know the back seat headrests were changed for supercab...

Having ordered a 2021 ranger supercab in February, and going through the dilema of going 301a or 302a, I am almost 100% positive that the only way to get power folding mirrors in an xlt is to go 302a. I did it for the heated seats, but power mirror I think are gonna be nice, don't know never had em. Glad your enjoying your new tremor though! Haven't seen any in person yet.

I'd swear I saw this as an option on the 2021 XLT before, but I can't find it anymore. Looks like it's a Lariat only option.ustve moved it to make it looks like it had more fancy options at the higher price point.

Hmmm, I have power folding mirrors (2021 xlt, 302a); received in March 2021. That would be sad if it was already changed to be lariat only...

Not there far as I can tell. Sneaky fricks.

You ask me, the Lariat doesn't have enough stadard options, and thus might've been an easy one for them to make it look better.

Maybe it's hidden in the options, bit I can't find power fold mirrors on the XLT from my quick look.

I still see it in the build tool. Not sure where you're looking from; are you in the USA?

This is what i see for 2021 XLT, 302A:
  • 8-Way Power Driver and Passenger Heated Seats with Power Lumbar
  • 6-Way Power Passenger Seats with Power Lumbar
  • Manual Sliding Rear Window
  • Power-Folding Sideview Mirrors with Power Glass
  • Remote Start

@jblc I'm in Canada. There's no hidden options in that package either. If I click the info button it just lists the standard options.

It seems kind of unlikely they'd restrict an option simply for Canada.

Yeah, agreed that'd be odd. What I quoted was directly off the live build page I just tried, so I'm not sure why it's not showing up for you!
