For those of us that like to get out and about far aware from civilization, we must always find a way to keep comfortable. Well one of those things is simply the Camping Chair and it must be comfortable and at the same time able to fit somewhere in the vehicle when you are on the move.

Well I'm in the need of a new folding chair as the one I got for $20 is not cutting it. Who here has some good recommendations? Please mention the price. It may help others as well with making their decision.

So maybe not for everyone but I found these lower chairs more comfortable as they place less pressure/dont cut into the back of my legs like some cheaper chairs. We have their triple seat sofa or whatever they call it but was thinking about the single myself after camping with the triple seater. Solid materials.

Check out Academy Sports, https://www.academy.com/ . I just got a killer camp chair there for under $30. I'm not at home and don't remember the brand.

Over many years we have gone thru many different folding chairs, from cheap to expensive.
After trying out these thast some friends had, we bought 2 for us, and they are the best, most comfortable we have ever had. They are very sturdy, and "rock" via a piston type assemble.
Run about $70.

If there is anything I have learned it's not always the most expensive chairs that become the most pleasant, but at the same time it's definitely not the cheapest. I'll certainly give them a look.

Several styles. Some with "flexible" arm rests and some with "hard" armrests. I have "hard for me, and wife liked the "flexible" for hers. Both are very well made....very "substantial"....no wiggle or wobble. Best we have come across in many many years. Would buy em again without hesitation.

If you check GCI Outdoors, they ship free orders over $50, and have a percentage off for first time customers. Their prices are the same as Dicks and Amazon....

This was rated highly by gear lab, I think I paid $35 on Amazon - black friday plus the purple color was $10 less than other colors, it is a sturdy chair - 300 lbs capacity.

If you want a chare you can nap in, I forgot we purchased these too lol Al's stores are dangerous, thankfully not local but we always stop in when in Utah. Used them only once but worth a look, couldn't be my only chare on a trip but I actually could have fallen asleep on it if the kids weren't around haha. There seems to be variations like this from other brands online. Link to the one we have (but in Navy).

Well I just made a purchase for one, but it is more basic and doesn't have the "Rocking" feature. That said it is certainly comfy!! A whole lot better than my cheapy Murdoch special that I got! Funny thing is Dick's had it on a going out of stock special!

I've always hated the folding chairs. They always seemed to push my shoulders together, no support for my back, and I like to tilt in my chair, (yes, teachers hated that) and after a while, the legs bend or break. My wife bought me an oversized chair, and while the shoulder pushing together got way better, still uncomfortable for my back.
My wife bought these.

Easy to fold, easy to carry in it's own bag, side table, super back support, comfortable, and I can tilt back. Table is nice too, Worth every penny to me, $130 for 2 chairs.
