Ughhhh Re-Defroster FAIL!

Had some misty dew on the rear window this morning so hit the rear defrost. Soon noticed only the lower half of the window was clearing up. Then I noticed this. Is this repairable with that kit?

If it makes all yall feel better I had mine replaced twice and the rear defroster doesn’t work again and looks just like this again.

If it makes all yall feel better I had mine replaced twice and the rear defroster doesn’t work again and looks just like this again.
You mean you had your rear window replaced twice?

Yup…and as of right now it looks like this again. Last replacement was at 34k miles and two winters ago. 60.5k miles on the truck now and it didn’t work starting about December of 2023. Just grabbed this pic. Always craps out on the passenger side.
