1st owner, I have owned this for 4 years, took delivery on Dec 30, 2019. Here's the Project Thread write-up on Ranger5G.
2019 Ford Ranger SuperCab FX4 XLT 4x4
38,2XX miles (mileage will go up slightly, I still drive it around town)
The bad:
There is a small dent at the front of the bed, scratches on the plastic bed rail trim, and scratches in the paint as pictured, all from carrying bicycles.
The good:
Never a single mechanical issue. All functions work as delivered.
Regular maintenance performed on schedule by local Ford dealership service departments.
A/C blows cold, heat blows hot, heated seats keep things toasty. No expense spared in the maintenance of this truck, it has never asked for a thing.
OEM Spec:
XLT Trim with Cloth Interior
FX4 Package with Electronic Locking Differential
BLIS (Blind Spot Information System)
Additional equipment:
SVC Off Road Baja Front Bumper
SVC Off Road Baja Rear Bumper
BDS 3.5” Lift Kit (adjusted to approx. 2.5”)
Fox 2” shocks, valving by Impulse OffRoad (28K miles, should last forever)
Method 17”x8” Wheels
BFGoodrich K02 34” x 10.5” x 17” tires (25K miles, many remaining)
Tailgate Damper
Automatic Folding Mirrors
Owner Comments:
I requested the dealer have a bedliner sprayed in before I took delivery. The bedliner is amazing, and has protected the bed of the truck very well.
Everything on the truck is functionally perfect. (I haven't checked the spare tire lowering mechanism, as I haven't ever used it!)
I put the stock wheels/tires on for a road trip a couple of years ago and picked up 6mpgs. I switched back because the Methods and BFGs look SO GOOD.
Price:
$29,000 as pictured, including the stock wheels with 13.5K miles and all stock parts.
$27,000 on stock wheels and tires.
