I recently got a Thor's Lightning compressor. It's 10.6 CFM. They also sell an apparatus to air up all 4 at the same time. It took 2 minutes to go from 10 psi to 35 psi on a 285/70R17. So it was less than 10 minutes to air up all 4. If I had the 4 way inflator, it would probably take even less as a single valve stem can't flow 10 CFM. On my Jeep, I had a VIAir compressor that took at least twice as long.

There's another company that has basically the same thing, maybe just branding differences, MORRflate.

I did wind up getting a Viair 88p which has served me well so far, I don't have all the gear to do them all at once but it's less than 15 minutes to fill all 4 from 18ish to 36psi. I just get them in range for road use and set them when I get back from the adventure.

I like the looks of this...How long does it take to fill your tires on your Ranger? Just one battery is needed? Also, you can plug it in your cigarette lighter and save the battery on this unit?
It will take it about a minute to raise my Ranger tire (33's) about 10 psi. And about 3 minutes to fill a completely flat car tire up to 40psi. Topping off a trailer tire that has sat all winter takes a few seconds. That's all on battery power. Yes, it has a cord to run on 12vdc cigarette lighter, as well as a cord to plug into a 120vac wall plug. I''ve never used the 12vdc plug as I always just use the battery. I did use the 120vac to blow up an air mattress in the house. What would be really cool is if this worked as a battery charger too. So that when you plugged it into something, you could charge your battery too!
