Has anyone on here used the Rough Country 2.4 struts and shocks. I done there level kit with the spacers but would like to swap out with actual new strut assembly. As I understand the shocks are made by monroe but I could be wrong. They have good reviews on the site but was wanting some real world reviews. The price is right though. Can do front struts and rear shocks for around 500

If you already uave issues with hitting things underneath with only a leveling kit then I suggest a proper lift kit like Old Man EMU. For the price and what you get i promise it is well worth it!! I run it and i like it.

I will look into it. They have 3.5 inch lift as well. They are just a local company where I live and have been really good quality products. well at least what I have purchased. But you are probably right. I probably need to be higher. But have to boost my little one to get her in now haha. Sounds like another reason for some sliders ?

The only thing that concerns me about thier lift is it requires a diff relocation up front wich cuts the frame and will accelerate front drive shaft wear.

I was not aware of that. How does the old man emu achieve the front lift? How big a lift is it? Sorry for all the questions haha. But real life means more ti me than online reviews

Old man EMU replaces all shocks with new springs in the front and rear. The front is lifted by 2.4 inches and the rear is lifted by 1.6 inches. 32 inch ties also bring it up another 1 on all 4. Here is mine and I can say I dont have much issue at all with clearance.

I should add that I am planning on putting 33's on in the near future
