Similar to how I’ve always thought about the Covair, it’s almost as if the drawings got all messed up and they put the back end on the front and the front end on the back. ?

Yeah and the new Tundra is worse on looks. Almost like they are chasing GM with more Grill than what is needed

Only the 2 doors look like a Bronco, 4 doors are ugly!

You're looking at a lifted Flex. This is a Bronco.

Hi Brian,

Okay...another back story....We launched the Bronco IIl....it had a very narrow wheel base and the Automotive press maligned it... So Ford decided to put weight below the frame into releasing a heavy transfer case skid plate.. So here am I on an evaluation trip with Ford Management... We were in the mountains of California the Bronco II on the trip was in the hands of the Chief of Engineering with me shotgun... He set his sights on a Porsche and decided to "challenge" the Porsche...Down the hills of Toganga Canyon... This Bronco II tailed the Porsche down the hiil. so being a Race car driver...I was not all that concened as the Bronco II took the curves just fine...but not in the hands of the public...I wonder if the 4 door is up to the task, but have no wish to drive or find out if this is the case....

Best,
Phil

My dad had a 69 Bronco that I loved, very primitive but capable with posi front and rear, 302 and manual steering. I hated the new ones until I saw a 2 door, reminds me a bit of the originals.

Ten years after the zombie apocalypse the '69 would still be running and repairable.
The new one not so much.
