The Ranger isn't the best choice for the flatbed camper due to how far forwards the rear axle sits on the 5' bed versions. The 6' is a much better option but much less common.
I have run 2 campers on my Ranger, a Super Pacific and a FWC Project M (currently on there) and I like the Lightweight campers for any 5' bed trucks. Its also a very limited market for a 5' flatbed camper. 6's are out there but a midsize is small for those.
