Thank you for the info! When you say the plastic box behind the front wheel, what are you referring to? For the fog light housing and felt, I'm assuming you're referring to the pictures below circled in red?

I have the "run of the mill" 285/70-17s and also had to cut a knotch out of the rear fog splash trim (first image) to allow full lock without rubbing...the rear "soft" liner makes light contact but not enough to worry about...both bars definitely had to go...I removed them instead of cutting...much easier to do...

I have 275/70 DuraTrac on Black Rhino 18 x 9.5 with -.18. I have cut my bars and I rub the felt fender liner when I am at full turn. I have not gone off road yet but I will find out in the next week or two...

Your second pics, has a plastic that block the crash bar. It's easy to take out, mine had 4 bolts and you don't need to cut the bars. I cut the bars cause I didn't know how easy to remove the plastics block. The 2 bolts closer to the fenders flares are at an angle. The 3rd pics I attached is where I cut the felts but you don't need to cut that either. I'll find the post here that one of the member had, it came out clean for him.

So I know this is a few years old at this point, but I was wondering if you could still help me. How much of the felts can you cut without exposing anything sensitive? I have rub on the very bottom on the felts, and the very bottom of the plastic on the front. I'm worried if I go off road it'll grab the fender liners and rip it all out.

You don't have to cut the felt. You can remove the plastic and I think they put those for noise dampening, mine was just the plastic and no sensitive components in there. But I'll take a pics of how much I removed. I bought a new set of felts and will replace them when I get a chance

Thank you very much. I did a 1.8 in level, +0mm offset wheels and tires with a total diameter of just over 32in. I think the higher offset is what's causing my tires to rub in the front on the fog light house and on the rear at the felt liner. It's slight, only enough to make noise. But I do like to visit my local forest service roads and if I do encounter some flex I want there to be enough clearance.

This is where I cut the felts papers but no need to do that. You can slowly move the felts and unscrew the plastic dampener behind. So mine doesn't have anything in there just the plastic. One of the screw is in the corner thats whats gave a bit of issue so I cut the paper. You can use same screw that hold the plastic to fasting the felts paper back.
So the offset will give you a bit of rubbing. I had about half inch clearance at full lock with my setup at 0mm offset
