Falken Wildpeak AT 3w in 255/80 18 is NOT a 33" tire. It's a 32" tire.

I have 265/65 18's with a two inch level spacer and no rubbing at all.I originally had 265/70 18's and they were fine as well

What was it that inspired you to go to 265/65R18 from 265/70R18?

I just had 265/65R18 (31.5") tires installed on my FX4 with Fox 2.0 set at about 1" above stock. Plenty of room. I could have gone maybe an inch larger (32"-32.5") without modifying crash bars.
