Yes please , a stakebed on demand, If they raise and lower by a push button, well that would be sweet...
Skeptical 🫤 of the "cargo crane" though...

Only if it includes a 36 way tailgate that doubles as a pellet grill and an emergency flotation device.
Not sure how it would work with a bed cover. 🤔 They would have to completely redesign one to work with these bed rails.

If you need a flotation device in the tailgate, you have a lot more to worry about.
😃😁😆😅😂🤣

I worked out most of the details of this same idea a couple of years ago. I'm sure many have thought of it and I'll bet there's at least a few home-made versions already out there. My original concept was to use 2 hand-crank lifting columns at the center of each bed rail with telescoping posts at each end that could be locked in place once the desired height was reached.

I'd seen screw jacks used at each corner to lift camper shells but always thought they took up too much room in the bed. I'll look for my doodle pad and post pics if I can find it.

Wouldn't worry about it....Ford will add it on some new model, but during the second year it will be deleted as that's their usual practice.

What are you on....your obviously hallucinating !!!!
Yeah, I must be. my 2020 STX didn't even come with a full tank of gas because someone drove it 45 miles to get the bedliner sprayed in even though there was a bedliner place a block away. Why? because the latter cost $20 more.

Way too many gadgets on trucks already. Go back to 4 wheels and a pickup bed in the back. Anything else is just fluff.
