Just go done doing this install. Yes I off-road, as you can see from the various oops marks, and I’m pretty confident these lights will be fine for a while. Why did I do it? So I can have dimmable area lighting for camping and working on the truck, or airing down/up tires at night, etc. next is to get the roof rack lights installed so I have scene lighting. I’ll probably use the Baja designs some lights for that, so they can be turned on/off individually.

Note: the lights are like 30$ so if one breaks idc that much.

Also on the note of dimmable lighting, I use the Trigger 6 Shooter, but have had issues with it, and now the bluetooth radio has died. The want me to buy a whole new unit sine it's out of warranty (it's stupid, and based on the product I shouldn't have to pay for that). So I'm looking at the Switch-Pros system, and any others that people might recommend I look at.

I am looking at adding some scene lights too. Check out the new Diode Dynamics rock lights. They have a dim and bright mode on them. The three wire input means 2 channels per light. That could be a bit much if you want individual control. Maybe left/right, low/high?

Fenix Industries makes the mini-4100 digital controller for around $105-$120.

Its a mid-tier emergency services orientated product. Is there some particular reason you want to spend a lot of money on something that just turns lights on and off? Your expensive six-shooter controller has given you a prime example of throwing big money at stuff that matters (IMO).

Red Version (green exists as well): https://www.amazon.com/Feniex-Industries-4200-Mini-Controller/dp/B018UJHVEA/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2CDRU4JXW3KDW&keywords=4200+mini+controller&qid=1669084214&sprefix=4200+mini+controller,aps,88&sr=8-1&ufe=app_do:amzn1.fos.fa474cd8-6dfc-4bad-a280-890f5a4e2f90

Any of the switches can be made on/off or momentary. The two top switches can be made to be strobe channels (17 patterns or something like that). The power button can be programmed to be on/off or to always come on when power to vehicle is turned on.
