Newly Installed 265/70/17 Kumho Roadventure A52: Rubbing to Crashbar

I know this an older post and I'm not sure if OP figured out a solution or gave up and went with a different tire, but while looking into these same tires, I came across an interesting finding. Revs per mile for a P265/70r17 are usually somewhere right around 657. TIRERACK lists the revs per mile on the Kumho Road Venture AT52 in size P265/70r17 at 636. If that is the case, then this tire is 3.3% larger in diameter than a true to size P265/70R17, which would be the equivalent of a size or two larger. I've also found these specs to indicate a larger tire than true to size in various sizes of the Kumho Road Venture AT52. Can anyone else confirm if their AT52s seemed large or true to size?

So I have 18“ wheels on my 21 FX4, it was said that the wheels are a different width and offset Than the 17” wheels?
