Saying Goodbye to my Ranger - Thanks Ranger5g, It's been real

Decided to move on from Ranger when my family became too large and stepped up to an F150 Raptor. I'll always be a fan of the Ranger and might get one again in the future. I enjoyed my time here in Ranger5g and wanted to extend a thanks to all the members that helped me along the Journey of building my 2021 xlt Ranger.

I wish I could say I have felt the same warm embrace from the Ford Raptor Forum I just joined haha. I had to post some of my favorite photos of the Ranger and finally the New Truck.

All the best and maybe I'll see some of you in the Raptor Forum in the future

I wish made the decision to protect my paint when I first picked up my tremor brand new..?. If you got the extra bit of funds for it.. I’d say…

In 2020, after waiting 6 months for our Special Order, prior to delivery, dealer took our Ranger to a high-end sports car shop that does PPF. Did the entire front facing surfaces, leading 18" of hood, entire sides 12" up, and mirror caps. Works well, basically invisible, and worth the cost.

Yeah i think it's worth the cost. Especially me being used to a Ranger... guess I'll have to chalk it up on the to do list for upgrades.

Congrats on the Big Raptor. Just because the video is fresh on my mind, be sure to get a kill switch of some sort. Seems they are commonly stolen. The kill switch in this video they show seems pretty good, probably what I would use.

Yeah man, what shocked me was how they said there were people in forums saying they came out of home depot and their truck was gone. THAT is uneasy to hear. Honestly, I am still surprised Chevy never made a Raptor competitor yet. At best, they have a Tremor competitor, which I would even say better shocks, but nothing compared to the Raptor F150. There clearly is a demand for it and Chevy has the power plants.
