Well, any modern vehicle should be able to touch the governor for a few seconds without puking transmission fluid. Kinda the bare minimum... at least in my mind.

Final update: My service provider Leon's Transmission replaced the gasket which had a micro tear per their tech. I will conclude this falls under the umbrella that shit happens.
