Your dealership should be able to remotely access your truck and see what code is being activated

I know on my 23 F150 they can and YES, Captain Obvious, I know this is a Ranger forum and thanks for pointing that out.

I just swapped out my engine air filter and the CEL is off. The old filter didn't look that bad, but bad enough I guess.
You should get a code reader such as Forscan so you can troubleshoot without guessing.
