Saleen Ranger ST4

Hey everyone!
I'm Francisco, and I got a 2023 Ford Ranger XLT 2WD in Oxford white. And as much as I love the truck for what it is, there's always room for improvement.
For as long as I can remember, I've been a fan of Street trucks. Lowered, just a tad, and with better handling and more horsepower.
With that being said, I've also been a huge Saleen fan, from the cars, SUVs and trucks they've built. That's right. They also built the Saleen F150, and one of my personal favorites, the Saleen Explorer, named the XP8.

I always wanted one of those. Quick little SUV.

Now that I got my Ranger, I figured I could build up my truck and use the Saleen Explorer as a inspiration to pay tribute to one of the sharp looking, greatest vehicles produced at that time. To be honest, I think they were way ahead of their time.

Enter the Saleen Ranger ST4.

I plan on adding some subtle body pieces to the truck, to give it that upgraded factory look, lower it 2/4, wheels, tune and more.

There will be no shortcuts to this build, so stay tuned!!

Believe it or not, these are not stock photos. These are pictures of the actual truck at the dealership when I got it.
It was a used 2023 Ranger with a tad over 3,100 miles when I got it.
It's practically new, and the newest car I've ever owned.

Ill be upgrading a little bit at a time.
Please bear with me as I am more often at work than at home, but I will be keeping track of the build and upgrades. This WILL be finished.

Sounds like a great project. You might want to check out threads by @Mirage775 and @Loweredon33s for some further inspiration. Others have lowered and tuned their Rangers as well. @Doc might also have posted details on his lowered Ranger.

Oh yeah..
I've been looking at Doc's build and Mirage775 for a bit. Doc has got a beast of a truck. He's the reason I chose to go with the Unleashed Tune.

He's also got much more work in it than I'll ever do, and Mirage775 has that sweet SCT build. He's got a clone, but to me, it's the OG.

We gotta bring back the street trucks. They still have a spot in this world.

I'll be carrying over as much as I can from this, and building up the truck to resemble this as much as possible.

yeah, I have a custom turbo inlet pipe I made a small batch of last year. We do a lot of tuning on Rangers and have been doing a lot of testing etc with injectors and intakes. I have a high flow HPFP to put on too. My truck also has a big compressor wheel upgrade and some other stuff too.
