Do you have a specific link to the product you ordered? And by chance did you do the rear seats too?

It is wetokole.com, I chose full piping to get the orange accent to match the truck. I selected the heat elements as an option. They are great so far, 10k of use and still look like new with dogs and hunting. I did not get the rear seats since I have the super cab and I use the back for gear, no one rides back there.

Sorry, have not been on.... did not do the back. I went right to wet okole website and picked my colors etc.

Each seat has a controller that is powered by 12vdc through cigarette lighter ports. Each has low and high setting and both your back and butt heat up. I am either going to modify the power or get an adapter to plug in somewhere else. I do not like cords hanging around......

Curious if you ever got the power cord situation under control?
