They gave it about a 2" lift overall, maybe 2.25" which is what ARB says they should. It allowed my to fit a 285 easily, and doesn't stress the CV angles like a 3-3.5" would.
Do you think the tire would have cleared without the 1/4" spacers and the new intrusion beams?

Sorry dropped of the forum for a little while.
I think it would clean the high clearance ones just fine. The wider you space your wheels out the more rubbing you will end up having on the inner fender and anything related to turning near full lock. For more info look up the effects of Scrub Radius on a vehicle and how the distance from the ball joints to the wheel tire center point is related.
The 1/4" spacer is more for clearance on the spindle and the inner sidewall of the tires it was very a tiny bit too close for comfort on the stock wheels which how wide the Maxxis are.

Update! Big News on the Ranger.
Did a lot of trips last year totaling around 35-40 nights in the 23Zero Tent on the Ranger. Worked great the truck took me everywhere I wanted to go, some hard trails, some remote trails. and 3 different states last year. Everything has really helped to improve the functionality of the truck.
But there was one thing missing, here in Colorado summer is beautiful but late summer we get rain almost every afternoon which luckily last year helped to prevent wildfires. But it can be annoying to get into camp in the rain and set up the tent and cook in the rain. So the desire for some sort of "inside" space in the form of a Canopy Camper type set up.
Recently Off Grid 4x4 the Shop in which I work at picked up Super Pacific as a brand that we carry. After looking at all the different manufacturers of these campers we found it was by far the best built of them all, it does come at a slightly higher price compared to something like a GFC but I have never been impressed by those in term of build quality.
What this all means is the I have a Super Pacific on order for my Ranger, its a black camper with grey fabric, it will act as my camping set up in this truck as well as the show camper for when people want to come and see them at our shop. By the way if you are local in Colorado feel free to give us a call or email if you are wanting to have your truck built, we do everything from suspension wheels/tires, to flatbed and canopy conversions, and full custom power systems.

Anyways the SP should be here in late April and I will be taking it out in May to start figuring out what I need to change from my current set up to best suit it.

PS if people would like to see a "Trip Report" of some of these trips let me know, it take a while to write up and find all the photos but Its something I could do if people were interested. Not sure how the Forum like that type of stuff.

The biggest thing with the GFC that I don't like is the tent portion, the fabric has never really felt all that nice to me, there is zero light blocking, lots of my customers have reported leaks in them, and the roof is slightly transparent meaning even less light blocking.
My Current 23Zero roof top tent can be completely dark at noon on a bright sunny day. I don't need that much light blocking but I do like at least a bit if I am planning on sleeping past sunrise.

I really like your build! How do you like the Maxis Razr AT? It seems a bit heavy, but it looks like a sleeper of a tire that may be a good deal. Does it make much noise on the road? How does it perform offroad for you?

It is a set of tires that I will be putting on again. I have been nothing but impressed with them. They have hard use for the last ~30K miles. Probably will be replacing them at the end of the summer which will be 37-40K on them. But they have worked will in basically all terrains, other than pretty soft mud.
On road they have still pretty quite, about on par with the wind noise of the truck and when I start to notice them getting louder a rotation helps to quiet them back down pretty quickly. They are good in Rain and snow, not the best ever but more than acceptable for me driving them all year round. They are slightly heavy which is the only downside I can give it. But at least my truck doesn't seem to care. I just towed ~2300lbs from denver to grand junction and back with a Super Pacific in the bed, and over the passes never felt I was low on power.
