Squirrel. Grandson shot a squirrel, so…. If you kill it, eat it. Right? Have to say, I make a mean squirrel meal in my air fryer. Word of advice…you really need more than one squirrel to feed three people.

My mother-in-law cooked it in some peas when we first got married. I didn’t like it at all.But, I told my grandson that if he killed anything, he would have to eat it. Anyway, after they cleaned it, I put some cherry cola rub on it with some salt & pepper & air fried it. Very tiny pieces. It was really good, surprisingly.

so i drove home from visiting family today and only thing open for dinner was waffle house... two small Christmas miracles took place. one, the waitress was actually very attractive... like model attractive. no- i wasnt drinking or having hallucinations. two, the food was actually really good. they pilled on the bacon and grits. interesting Christmas night instead of egg nog and scotch im drinking pepto bismol lol.
