For the last week or so when I turn the truck on I get the under dash (buzzer) chime instead of the chime through the infotainment audio. Turn the key off and back on, everything is normal. Sometimes the screen displays "System Off to save battery. Please turn ignition off or start engine." before I even put the key in. The truck is a 2019, completely stock XLT. Ideas?

Truck cranks normally, no indication of a battery issue (other than above)

Yes this is the early indication of a battery going. If it's the original it is time.
I wonder why all the weird symptoms, can't it just prompt a "check battery" message? It would be a lot less hassle.

Aliens on Jupiter's moon, Europa.....sending subliminal message to you, via the info system, that your battery is going kuput....

That would be too easy, and show that someone at Ford programing, has a bit of common sense.
Unfortunately, common sense is not allowed at Ford, nor is any type of independent thought...

Probably because the battery is run at the jagged edge of dead by the BMS system so it would always say check battery. 🤣

I have a little $5 buck outdoor temp thermometer that has a battery level icon to tell me that the AAA battery is going bad....you'd think that someone at Ford could develop a "Battery Going Bad" icon for a $40,000 dollar (plus) vehicle !!!!

Well, that would add .025 per vehicle - can't have that!!!!!

Agree completely! They should still shut things down to preserve battery power, but provide a message/prompt regarding battery replacement. God knows, they have a lot of other, less critical, messages flashing at us!
